Service use
OMSNex provides tools for e-commerce operations, customer messaging and automation. You will use the service for lawful business purposes and in accordance with the applicable rules of any connected platform.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for monitoring your account's activity. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Trial and pricing
OMSNex may offer trial access. Paid plans, limits and pricing are published on the website / dashboard and may change; the applicable billing terms are shown before any paid plan begins.
Acceptable use
OMSNex may not be used for spam, fraud, illegal activity, unauthorized access, abusive messaging, security bypass, or to harm anyone else's data.
Third-party integrations
When you use WhatsApp, Meta, TikTok or other third-party services, their own terms, policies and availability apply. If you use the TikTok Ads integration you will manage only your own authorized advertiser account and comply with TikTok's Business Products (Data) Terms. A third-party outage or policy change may be outside OMSNex's direct control.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, security issues, provider outages or technical problems.
Termination
Account access may be limited or suspended for breach of these Terms, a security risk, abuse, or a legal requirement.
